At Remonto.in, we believe in transparent pricing. This page outlines how we charge for our services and the rules regarding payments.

1. Pricing Structure

Our final bill consists of three components:

  • Service/Labor Charge: The fee for the technician's expertise and time (fixed via the App).
  • Visiting Charge: Applicable only if you cancel the service after the technician reaches your doorstep or upon inspection.
  • Spare Parts Cost: Charged at actuals/MRP if any part needs replacement.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer flexible payment options for your convenience:

  • Online: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking through our secure gateway.
  • Cash: You can pay Cash to the professional after the job is completed.

3. Invoicing

A digital invoice will be sent to your registered email ID and SMS immediately after the job completion. Please ensure you receive a valid Remonto.in invoice. Do not pay without a bill.

4. Refund Processing

In case of online payment failures or cancellations eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to the source account within 5-7 business days.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you have been overcharged or if there is a discrepancy in the bill, please contact our support team at billing@remonto.in within 24 hours of the payment.
