At Remonto.in, we are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for both our customers and our service partners. These regulations outline the code of conduct expected from all users.
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior. Any user found using abusive language, threatening a service partner, or engaging in inappropriate conduct will be permanently banned from the platform, and legal action may be initiated under the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
To ensure a smooth service experience, customers are requested to:
Users are strictly prohibited from soliciting service partners to perform jobs outside the Remonto.in platform ("Side-match"). Booking directly with the technician bypasses our security protocols and warranty coverage. Remonto.in will not be responsible for any theft, damage, or poor workmanship if the service was not booked officially through our app/website.
Our partners carry standard tools. However, consumable materials (wires, switches, gas, spare parts) are chargeable. Customers can either provide the materials themselves or authorize the partner to purchase them. In case of partner procurement, the actual bill must be produced.
If you are unsatisfied with the service, you must report it within 24 hours. Our "Satisfaction Guarantee" covers re-work for the same issue within 7 days. Tampering with the repaired appliance by a third party voids this warranty immediately.
