Booking & Services

How quickly can I get a technician?
We aim to provide service within 60 to 90 minutes of booking confirmation. However, during peak seasons (like summer for AC repair), it might take up to 2-3 hours. You can also schedule a booking for a later date.
Do I have to pay if the technician visits but I don't take the service?
Yes. If a technician visits your premises and inspects the issue, a minimum Visiting/Inspection Charge (₹149 - ₹199) will be applicable. This covers their travel and time. If you avail the service, this amount is adjusted in the final bill.
Are spare parts included in the service charge?
No. The service charge covers only labor/expertise. Any spare parts (like wires, gas, switches, capacitors) required for repair are chargeable extra. You can either buy them yourself or authorize the technician to buy them for you.

Payments & Warranty

What payment modes do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking. We recommend paying online for a secure record of the transaction.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes! We offer a 7-day service warranty. If the same problem reoccurs within 7 days of repair, our technician will fix it for free. Note: Warranty is not applicable on spare parts unless specified by the manufacturer.

Are the technicians verified?
Yes, safety is our priority. All Remonto.in partners undergo a background check and Aadhaar verification process before onboarding.
